Red Wines D.O TV Zamora

The red wines of D.O Tierra de Vinos Zamora must be made from the accepted red varieties, with a minimum of 75% of the Ull de Llebre variety. They can undergo aging processes. And they can have the mentions "Criança, Reserva and Gran Reserva". The minimum periods of aging and stay in barrel - both in months - are: 24 and 6 for the Criança, 36 and 12 for the Reserva, 60 and 18 for the Gran Reserva.
