Red Wines D.O Tarragona

The red wines of the D.O Tarragona usually have clean and intense aromas. Young people have simple aromas reminiscent of ripe red fruits that become more complex with aging and seasoned, balsamic, woody and smoky aromas appear. In red wines, the tannins mark their balance. Young blacks are round, silky, with slightly fresh finishes. Aged reds are more complex and evolve towards silky and velvety tastes, achieving a balance between sweetness, acidity, alcohol and astringency.
