Mata i Coloma is a small sustainable and organic producer located in Sant Sadurní d'Anoia, the birthplace of Catalan Cava. The winemaker Pere Mata started the project in 2000 as his own project and improved on the Champagne model. Pere Mata is something of a scientist full of inspiration, making micro-adjustments to his couplings as he pursues the dream of making world-class Caves.
