This wine is made through a pre-fermentative cold maceration that lasts between 48 and 72 hours. Subsequently, fermentation is carried out at a controlled temperature, between 22ºC and 23ºC, with daily racking and pigeage. The maceration process lasts for 15 days, until the end of fermentation.
