Mediterranean profile red wine made with a blend of Garnatxa, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon, with a strong expression of terroir.

In sight it has an intense picota cherry color with garnet reflections, typical of mature varietals and a moderate aging in wood.
The nose highlights an aromatic complexity where notes of ripe black fruit (cherry, plum) predominate with spicy nuances that they are reminiscent of vanilla and coffee, the fruit of aging in wood.
These aromas are complemented by subtle mineral touches of graphite, characteristic of clayey and granite soils, and a light vegetation that brings freshness.

In the mouth it is wide and voluminous, with a sweet and balanced entry. The tannins are present but soft and well integrated, providing structure and persistence. The ripe black fruit is once again the protagonist, accompanied by a slight acidity that gives it freshness and gives it a long persistence in the mouth. The finish is long and pleasant, with memories of ripe fruit, spices and minerals.

Elaborated with a careful selection of Grenache, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes from vineyards located in Garriguella, on clay soils with presence of granite and slate. This varietal composition and the type of soil give the wine a great aromatic complexity and a unique minerality. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature, to preserve as much as possible the primary aromas of the fruit. Subsequently, the wine ages for 8 months in French oak barrels, where it acquires its characteristic roasted and spicy aromas.

This wine is ideal to accompany grilled red meats, stews, stews and cheeses cured It also pairs very well with game dishes and with rice in the casserole.
