The QUA is a Carignan from El Masroig, in the D.O. Montsant, which represents very well the freshness of Mediterranean red wines, with a structure and a respectable alcoholic power but fleshy and fruity . It is a wine that requires a service of between 12 and 16 degrees of temperature, and at this point it expresses notes of undergrowth, with a high aromatic content, of woody plants, spicy and refreshing. Its gastronomic capacity is expanding, from fish to red meats, but rice seems to be designed for this type of wine.
