Wine of intensity in red fruits, with balsamic and empyreumatic notes which is fresh in the mouth and has a medium structure. Purple in color with a medium-high layer. Prefermentative pellicular maceration at 5º, followed by short fermentation together with the skins, with subsequent bleeding and continuation of fermentation at low temperature (15º) in stainless steel vats , in order to achieve lightness, freshness and aromatic intensity.
