The vintage dreamed by any producer is the one in which there is quantity and quality of grapes in equal parts and this is what we had in 2016 in Terra del Vi at the Cenit winery. Very slow maturation not suitable for the impatient, which allowed us to work with firm and very noble tannins, perfect for wines that evolve beautifully over time. At the same time, we consider that it was the perfect year to make a fruitier wine where we could offer the leading role to the most varietal expression of the Hare's eye grape from our terroir.
