This wine is the result of meticulous work in selected vineyards of Tudelilla, where three native varieties of Rioja coexist: Maturana Tinta, Grenache and Tempranillo. Each variety is harvested separately in small plots, with production limited to 500 kg to guarantee maximum quality.
Vinification is artisanal and respectful of the grapes, with fermentations at controlled temperatures and adjusted macerations to extract the best of each variety. Aging takes place in French oak barrels, bringing complexity and elegance to the wine.
In the winery, the oenologist Emma Villajos applies an artisanal process, respecting the fruit as much as possible and enhancing the varietal complexity, creating an intense and complex aromatic profile.
Spontaneous fermentations in wooden vats, prolonged macerations and aging in French oak barrels give the wine a solid structure, silky tannins and intense aromas.
In the glass, the Valdelacierva Reserva Edicíó Limitada shows a color intense ruby with violet reflections. The aromatic complexity is evident, with notes of ripe red fruit, spices, flowers (violets) and balsamic (licorice).
