A unique vinification process:
From manual harvesting in crates and transport in optimal conditions to in the careful manual destemming, each stage of the process is designed to guarantee the highest quality.

Aging in French oak barrels, for 14 months, gives the wine spicy and toasted notes, while refines the tannins and gives it great persistence in the mouth.
To the eye it presents an intense cherry color, with violet reflections, which denote the youth of the wine.
On the nose , intense aromas of ripe red fruit (cherry, blackberry), lactic notes and a very subtle spicy background.
In the mouth it has a sweet entry, with a step velvety in the mouthand a silky tannin. Long and persistent finish, with notes of ripe fruit and a light mineral touch.
