The vinification of the Roure Collection is a meticulous process that begins with a alcoholic fermentation at a controlled temperature (between 26 and 28ºC) that lasts for 6 to 8 days. This phase is followed by skin maceration, which lasts between 5 and 10 days, during which the must remains in contact with the grape skins, thus extracting color, tannins and characteristic aromas of the Monastrell variety.
Finally, the wine ages for 3 months in French and American oak barrels, which add complexity and spicy notes to the blend.
Visually, the Oak Collection presents an intense cherry red color with violet reflections.
