The vinification of El Por Tí is carried out through a controlled alcoholic fermentation at a temperature below 28ºC, for a period of 15 to 20 days depending on the variety. Subsequently, the wine ages in stainless tanks to preserve the freshness of the fruit and avoid excess of oxidation.
