Grapes are harvested and selected manually to guarantee the highest quality of the raw material.
Subsequently, the grapes are incubated by gravity and subjected to a prefermentative cold maceration for 48 hours to extract the finest aromatic compounds.
Alcoholic fermentation is carried out spontaneously with indigenous yeasts at a controlled temperature, with a pellicular maceration of approximately 20 days. Finally, the wine ages for 12 months in 225 liter French oak barrels, where it acquires complexity and elegance.
Visually, it presents an intense cherry cherry color.
On the nose, a complex aroma stands out that combines notes of ripe black fruit (mulberries, cassis) with spices (black pepper, cloves) and balsamic (licorice).
In the mouth, it is voluminous sample, with ripe and polished tannins that give it a silky texture.
Its balanced acidity provides freshness and gives it great aromatic persistence, with a final long and pleasant.
