Nita is a young wine that is made with wines from young, old vines, in containers and under vines from different soils and villages of the DOQ. Priorat is representative of the Priorat. This young wine is malolactic and is left to rest in tanks for several months where it stabilizes naturally. Before bottling it is slightly clarified and then it spends almost a year of bottle aging in the cellar before going on the market, this helps to balance the wine turning it into a fresh, round and very representative wine of each vintage.
