This red wine reflects in a very frank way the area it comes from, it is the wine from the Les Manyetes de Gratallops estate. Manual harvesting, spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel tank with 2 pigage per day and maceration for one month, soft pressing and aging in French oak barrels for 13 months and is aged in bottle for 3 months before going on the market. Every year it gives us aromas of fresh cherry already in full alcoholic fermentation that are maintained during aging in French oak, very soft but long.
