Cava Alta Alella Mirgin Exeo is a sparkling Brut Nature produced in from a unique blend of Pansa Blanca (60%) and Chardonnay (40%). This cava, with Designation of Origin Cava, is the result of meticulous work in the qualified area of Vallcirera, a unique territory that gives the wine an unmistakable personality.
The entire production process is carried out on the same estate, from the pressing of the grapes to bottling.
The second and third year fermentation in wood adds complexity and aromatic nuances to the wine.
