Tasting note: Pale yellow. Very fresh aroma , a mixture of fruit from the base wine with the first notes of pastry due to the two-year aging of the cava. In the mouth it is fruity and fresh , with a fine and pleasant bubble that integrates perfectly with the structure of the cava.
