Harvest by hand and spontaneously fermented in wooden vats, this wine has aged for years under veil of flower in oak boots. Oxidative aging has given the wine a unique aromatic complexity, with notes of dried fruit, hazelnut, toffee and a light touch of spices.
On the palate, the Clivelles de Torroja Ranci-Dolç stands out for its its balance between sweetness and acidity, with a long and persistent finish. Its unctuous texture and enveloping character make it an ideal wine to enjoy at any time of the day.
Its versatility makes it perfect to accompany chocolate-based desserts, blue cheeses, foie gras or simply to enjoy it as a meditation wine.
It is recommended to serve between 10 and 12 ºC.
