It is Godello in its purest form, fatty, fresh, elegant, inviting to drink.
Pale yellow, very clear, bright and clean. On the nose it is very varietal, with floral nuances, white fruit and a mineral touch.
On the palate it is voluminous and delicate, with a medium-intensity citric acidity that gives it freshness. Notes of white fruit mainly that were already appreciated on the nose. Sweet finish with mineral touches characteristic of the plot from which it originates.
Variety: 100% godello on trellises
Aging: Aged on fine lees for 6 months, 75% in stainless steel and 25 % in 500 liter French oak barrels.
