The low temperature fermentation (16ºC) allows preserve the primary aromas of fruit and flower, and the contact with the fine lees brings volume and creaminess to the wine.

In the mouth, it shows itself as a wine broad and silky, with considerable aromatic persistence. In addition to the floral notes, there are subtle touches of exotic fruit such as lychee, thus reinforcing the complex and elegant aromatic profile of this white wine.
