Coming from the La Palmera vineyard, grown under the principles of organic farming, this wine reflects the essence of the terroir and the unique personality of the variety.
Vinification it is characterized by a cold film maceration directly in the press, a technique that allows to extract the maximum of the varietal aromas and obtain a wine with a more intense and complex expression. After an alcoholic fermentation process in stainless steel tanks, the wine ages for 12 months in the bottle before being sold.
