This wine, made with hand-selected grapes, stands out for its aromatic complexity and its structure in the mouth. Thanks to careful vinification in French oak barrels, a wine with a unique expression and marked personality is obtained.
Alcoholic fermentation takes place in 300 liter French oak barrels, with a light torrefaction . This process, along with aging on fine lees for 7 months and weekly batonnage, gives the wine a creamy texture and spicy notes that integrate harmoniously with the characteristic fruity aromas of the Verdejo variety.
Finally, the wine is stabilized in stainless steel tanks to preserve its organoleptic qualities.
