The Albillo Real is a monovarietal white wine made from the native variety Albillo Real, grown in old vines in vats on slate soils of the Serra de Gredos.

The vinification of Albillo Real is carried out following a protocol that respects the grape and the terroir as much as possible.
After a cold pre-fermentative maceration with the skins, the must ferments spontaneously in 700 liter clay jars, a material that provides gentle micro-oxygenation and a more mineral expression of the wine. Aging also takes place in these same jugs, where the wine remains for eight months in contact with the fine lees, acquiring complexity and volume.

In the glass, Albillo Real presents a pale yellow color with greenish reflections. On the nose, an intense and complex aroma stands out, with notes of ripe white fruit (pear, apple), white flowers, aromatic herbs, minerals and slight touches of iodine. In the mouth, it is a voluminous wine, with lively and refreshing acidity that balances the sweetness of the fruit.
The texture is silky and the finish is long and persistent, with a return mineral notes and a pleasant bitterness.
