White wine with a marked Mediterranean character, on the nose it has a medium-high aromatic intensity, it is expressive with notes of white flowers, light touches of citrus and notes of honey. In the mouth it has a very pleasant entry, sensation of freshness, creamy center with volume, sweet and with a long finish.
Made with Merseguera, an almost lost indigenous variety, grown in the own Finca Calvestra at more than 900 meters of altitude through organic viticulture. Merseguera vines were grafted onto existing Bobal vines over 25 years old, which due to the height, never reached maturity.
Paired with appetizers, white meats, smoked or marinated, salads, seafood, shellfish, fish, pasta, spectacular with stews and seafood rice.
