Elías Mora Contracorriente is a single-varietal Verdejo white wine from the Denomination of Origin Rueda, made with grapes selected from vineyards located at 750 meters of altitude in a calcareous and stony soil that brings minerality and complexity to the wine. The vinification of this wine is made in the traditional way, with fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature to preserve the fruity and floral aromas characteristic of Verdejo.
